1. Academic Peer-Review & Historical Cohort Submissions
KARMAKSH maintains an open peer-verification protocol for all 5,000 historical charts in our research gallery. Historians, archivists, and astronomers who wish to submit primary archival documentation (such as municipal birth registers, Rodden AA/A citations, historical observatory logs, or Wikimedia Commons P18 portrait references) or propose corrections to existing geographical coordinates may write directly to [email protected] with the subject line [COHORT-VERIFICATION]. Verified amendments are incorporated into subsequent Zenodo dataset releases with full scholarly attribution.
2. Statutory Grievance Redressal Mechanism (IT Act 2000 & DPDP Act 2023)
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), KARMAKSH has designated the Principal Investigator as the formal Grievance Officer:
