4. Acceptable Use of the SAKSHI Conversational AI Interface

To preserve fair access for all global visitors, users interacting with KARMAKSH-SAKSHI agree not to: (a) launch automated bot scripts or denial-of-service floods against the /api/chat edge endpoint, (b) attempt prompt-injection attacks to bypass the platform’s Zero-Fatalism and gender-neutrality safeguards, or (c) submit unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

KARMAKSH is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” open-science basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
